ICOLP- International Conference on Leadership and Purpose impacts students with the spirit of leadership and leadership spirit, students are practically engaged in discovering the truth of leadership, and how they can influence society, for we know that our world cries out for visionary leadership, students discover themselves, their purpose and their assignment, in the last ICOLP, Pastor Dele Olawanle  who was our guest from the United Kingdom, a seasoned and practical teacher of the word, released the students into advancing themselves and adding value to their lives, it was life-changing, the Lord told us “to turn weak and fainting students into strong visionary leaders, they will be like the yeast that will permeat the entire dough”(Matt.13:33) these ones will bring practical change as they lead their nations.
